In the past, we owned a chain of restaurants specializing in coffee, specialty drinks, baked goods, and sandwiches. We quickly realized how costly it was for our business when equipment broke down. To save money and minimize downtime, we started repairing our own equipment. After doing this for several years, word spread about our skills, and in our free time, we began helping other business owners with their equipment issues. One night at the family cabin, we were sitting by the campfire with our usual cigar and whiskey.  We started talking, "We're getting pretty good at this equipment repair stuff; we should make a business out of it." And so, in 2018, Do It All Maintenance and Repair was born. We began helping our Michigan partners, getting certified on as much as we could and working on everything from leaky drains to ovens. The company grew rapidly, and we noticed that most of our service calls were related to hot beverage equipment. After another campfire discussion, we decided to pivot and focus on what we knew best. We developed close relationships with manufacturers, trained our techs to have the same knowledge and passion as us, and reached out to manufacturers to see where support was needed across the country. With a solid plan in place, Coffee Tech USA was formed. As bean-to-cup specialists, we now operate in multiple states, dedicate hours to training our techs, send them to certification classes, and keep them updated on the latest technologies.
